This song came from a session I did at the 33&1/3rd Studio at 33 Grand in Williamsburg in 1997. The same session yielded "Garbagehead" and "Stepside" from Knucklehead.
I wrote this song quickly thinking about the negative side of "charm". It all came from the fist line, from a place I had visited. When we moved Cowboy Technical Services to its new location in '16 Mario Viele and I found the 2" tape that had this song on it. We transferred it into Protools and made a mix to test the equipment. I'm really glad we did.
Steve Terry on drums, Erik Kristiansen on guitar, Jim Duffy on organ, Keith Christopher on bass and myself on guitar an vocals. Recorded by Tim Hatfield.
